UK DELIVERY

Javelin provides Next Day delivery for all orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Thursday.

If you place your order after 2 pm on Friday, you will receive your goods on Tuesday.

Occasionally it is necessary to obtain your order from another store, this will add one working day to your delivery.

Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends.

The cost of delivery on all orders is £4.99

You will receive a confirmation email once the item is dispatched and you can check the tracking of your delivery using tracking number here: https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking

A signature is required on receipt of your order. If you are not available to take delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel. Similarly, you may add instructions to the delivery driver for goods to be left with a neighbour, for example. Javelin will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of goods in incidences whereby the delivery driver has been given alternate instructions.

COLLECT IN-STORE ONLY

We provide a free collect from store option. Orders can be collected from the Bury St Edmunds store or you can contact us via enquiries@javelinonline.co.uk to request that your order is sent to Sudbury for collection. If you place an order by 2pm Monday to Friday, the goods will be available to collect the next working day. If you place your order after 2pm on Friday, you will be able to collect your goods on Monday. We will not hold goods for longer than 48 hours from time of order. If there are any problems you will be contacted by a Javelin representative.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are no longer offering international delivery, but please email us on enquiries@javelinonline.co.uk if you live outside of the UK and are interested in an item and we can try and arrange a delivery method with you.
